Delivery Information

We offer free delivery and collection on all post box hires within the UK.

What’s Included:

  • Safe delivery to your chosen address (home or venue)

  • Flexible delivery time slots arranged in advance

  • Secure packaging to ensure your postbox arrives in perfect condition

Coverage Area:

  • Free delivery is available within the UK.

⏱️ When Will I Receive My post box?

We will deliver your post box 2 days before your event unless otherwise requested. We’ll confirm all logistics with you after your order is placed.

Collection

We’ll arrange a convenient collection time after your event. Items should be:

  • Packaged safely in the original box/bag

  • Kept in a dry, secure location until collection

If you’re using a venue, we can coordinate collection directly with them – just let us know the details!

Returns & Damages

We understand things happen, but please take care of our post boxes so others can enjoy them too!

Damage Policy:

  • All post boxes are inspected before and after use

  • Any significant damage or loss may result in a charge to cover repair or replacement

Cancellations:

  • Free cancellations up to 14 days before your delivery date

  • Cancellations within 14 days will be subject to a 50% charge.
