Frequently Asked Questions
When do we receive the post box?
Your post box arrives 2 days before your event. If your wedding is on a Friday you can expect delivery Wednesday. We will send you an email along with a tracking number once dispatched. We collect free of charge 2 days after your event. However, if you need collection sooner (e.g from the venue) or at a later date just let our team know by replying to your confirmation email and we will be more than happy to accommodate at no extra cost.
We’re here to make things as stress free as possible. Our team will be in touch to agree delivery times and more than happy to speak to your wedding planner/venue if required to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Do you collect from any address? Does it have to be the same as delivery?
We can deliver to any address and collect from the same or a different address. You can also change the address at any time. We recommend booking with your home address to begin with (if booking in advance). Our team will then liaise with you closer to the time to confirm delivery & collection address.
The Royal Mail, Irish, and Victorian post boxes are heavy, so if you’re not having it delivered straight to the venue we recommend 2 people to move them.
Is setup included?
Our boxes are easy to set up yourself. They come ready made but setup instructions are provided for any stands if ordered.
If you’ve ordered a post box that includes personalisation, this will be in place ready – so nothing for you to do. After your event, remove the insert/cover and keep.
