Refund / Cancellation Policy

We want you to feel confident when booking with us. Below is our straightforward refund policy for all orders and hire items.

Booking Cancellations & Refunds

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your order, here’s how refunds work:

Cancellation Timeframes:

  • More than 14 days before your delivery date
    Full refund – no questions asked.

  • Within 14 days of delivery
    50% refund – a 50% fee applies to cover admin and reservation costs due to potential lost business from other customers who would have booked that date.

  • Within 48 hours of delivery or missed delivery
    No refund – as the item will already be prepared and scheduled for delivery.

Changes to Bookings

Need to change your delivery date or post box?

  • We offer free booking changes up to 5 days before delivery (subject to availability).

  • If your post box is of a higher value, you’ll simply pay the difference.

How to Request a Refund

Please contact us via post@weddingpostbox.co.uk with your order number and reason for refund. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.
