How it works
2 days before
We deliver
Your post box arrives two days before your event. A Friday wedding means a Wednesday delivery. We email you a tracking number once dispatched.
Your day
Enjoy your event
Place the box at your venue and let the cards roll in. It arrives ready to use, with your personalised insert in place.
2 days after
We collect
We collect free of charge two days after your event (excluding weekends). Need it sooner or later? Just reply to your confirmation email.
Good to know
Free UK delivery & collection
No extra fees, wherever you are in the UK – city, countryside or coast.
Flexible addresses
Deliver to your home or venue, collect from the same or a different address. You can change it at any time.
Heavy item
Our post boxes are heavy. If it isn’t going straight to your venue, we recommend two people to move it.
Returns
There’s nothing to post back. We collect your post box from your chosen address after your event. Please remember to remove your cards and keep your personalised insert and card binder – they’re yours to keep.
Changes & refunds
Need to change your dates or address? Reply to your confirmation email and we’ll sort it. For cancellations, see our refund policy.
