Our Blue Scottish Post Box is inspired by the post boxes found across Scotland, finished in a rich royal blue with gold “Post Office” lettering and crest. It is a striking choice for couples with Scottish roots, a Highland or castle venue, or anyone who wants their wedding card box to feel a little different.

Customised Keepsake for Your Wedding

Every hire includes a free personalised insert with your names and wedding date, plus a free wooden card binder to turn your cards into a keepsake book after the day.

Practical & Secure

Measuring 24 inches (60.96 cm) high, 10 inches (25.4 cm) wide and 12.5 inches (31.75 cm) deep, it is lockable with keys and roomy enough for cards from even large guest lists. Free delivery and collection anywhere in the UK.

How far in advance should I book?

As early as you can – we only have a few of each post box, and popular summer weekends book up fast. You can book online up to 5 days before your wedding; for anything sooner, just get in touch.

When will my dates be confirmed?

Your date is secured as soon as you pay, and you’ll receive a booking confirmation email straight away. Our team then manually approves your delivery and collection dates and emails you within 24–48 hours. 98% of the time they’re exactly as shown; occasionally we adjust them slightly, usually to sooner.

Can I change the wording on my sign?

Of course. Just reply to your confirmation email with the changes and we will update your sign before it is printed.

What size is the personalised sign?

Your sign is 9 × 18.5 cm, printed on premium card and fitted to the front of your post box, just like a real collection plate.

Are delivery and collection really free?

Yes. The £69 hire price includes delivery and collection anywhere in the UK, your personalised sign, a key and a keepsake card binder.
